The »bidding war« ended at HKD 114,000.00 (€ 11,055.27), 43% above the upper estimate. Other works by Sun Yun Tai have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 172,500.00 (€ 16,369.35) in October 2013 for the work Sunset Glow Over The Grassland.
