A top price for Stephen J. Bowers - as previously expected
In September 2004 Christies in London held the auction British and Continental Watercolours, which included the work Returning Home Across The Bridge by Stephen J. Bowers. The price achieved of GBP 358.50 (€ 522.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Returning Home Across The Bridge is the most expensive artwork by Stephen J. Bowers that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im September 2004 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Continental Watercolours durch, in der auch die Arbeit Returning Home Across The Bridge von Stephen J. Bowers zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 358,50 (€ 522,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden.
