Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 3,584.00 (€ 4,153.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Stefano Novo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Un Mela, per favore in October 2008 with an auction result of USD 47,500.00 (€ 37,454.66).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.584,00 (€ 4.153,08) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stefano Novo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Un Mela, per favore im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 47.500,00 (€ 37.454,66).
