Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2020 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Papaveri giapponesi by Stefano Arienti. The price achieved of EUR 4,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stefano Arienti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Turbine in June 2020 with an auction result of EUR 47,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2020 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Papaveri giapponesi von Stefano Arienti zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.500,00 – 4.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Stefano Arienti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Turbine im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 47.500,00.
