Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Composition) by Sizu Simada was sold in the Selections from the Israel Museum, Jerusalem Sold to Benefit the Acquisitions Fund auction at Christies in New York in November 2018. Here, the upper estimate of USD 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 625.00 (€ 551.97). Admittedly, works by Sizu Simada have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 2,750.00 (€ 2,428.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Composition) von Sizu Simada wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Selections from the Israel Museum, Jerusalem Sold to Benefit the Acquisitions Fund bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 625,00 (€ 551,97) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sizu Simada auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.750,00 (€ 2.428,68).
