Auction result well in line with expectations

In July 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction AeropitturaItalian Futurism in Flight, which included the work Aeropittura Cosmica I by Sibò. The price achieved of GBP 6,375.00 (€ 7,476.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sibò - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Prospettive aeree, which sold at auction in April last year for GBP 12,750.00 (€ 15,203.92).

Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Im Juli 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion AeropitturaItalian Futurism in Flight durch, in der auch die Arbeit Aeropittura Cosmica I von Sibò zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.375,00 (€ 7.476,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Sibò mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Prospettive aeree beobachtet, die im April letzten Jahres für GBP 12.750,00 (€ 15.203,92) versteigert wurde.
