Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy In Running Script by Shen Yinmo was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in October last year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 48,000.00 (€ 6,151.00) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 20,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shen Yinmo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poems By Shu Manshu in October 2018 with an auction result of HKD 6,720,000.00 (€ 756,681.96).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Running Script von Shen Yinmo wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 48.000,00 (€ 6.151,00) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 20.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shen Yinmo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poems By Shu Manshu im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.720.000,00 (€ 756.681,96).
