A top price for Shen Yinmo
This artwork by Shen Yinmo achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2018. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work Poems By Shu Manshu sold for HKD 6,720,000.00 (€ 756,681.96) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 3,000,000.00. This high result makes Poems By Shu Manshu the most expensive artwork by Shen Yinmo that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Shen Yinmo erzielte im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Poems By Shu Manshu für HKD 6.720.000,00 (€ 756.681,96) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 3.000.000,00.
