Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tríptico by Sérvulo Esmeraldo was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in July 2021. The price achieved of USD 5,355.00 (€ 4,513.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sérvulo Esmeraldo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Excitable E7410, which sold at auction in April 2016 for EUR 12,350.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Tríptico von Sérvulo Esmeraldo kam im Juli 2021 bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.355,00 (€ 4.513,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Sérvulo Esmeraldo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Excitable E7410 beobachtet, die im April 2016 für EUR 12.350,00 versteigert wurde.
