Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2009 a collector was able to acquire the work A Venetian backwater by Sergio Belloni for GBP 187.50 (€ 202.19). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Sergio Belloni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Gondolas in a Venetian backwater in March 2009 with an auction result of GBP 812.50 (€ 876.16).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2009 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Venetian backwater von Sergio Belloni für GBP 187,50 (€ 202,19) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sergio Belloni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Gondolas in a Venetian backwater im März 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 812,50 (€ 876,16).
