Auction result misses estimated price range
In November last year a collector was able to acquire the work Yellow Nude by Sebastian Blanck for USD 510.00 (€ 494.04). This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Art at Bonhams in Skinner Marlborough, Massachusetts and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Sebastian Blanck have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Yellow Towel in November last year with an auction result of USD 2,200.00 (€ 2,131.16).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Yellow Nude von Sebastian Blanck für USD 510,00 (€ 494,04) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art bei Bonhams in Skinner Marlborough, Massachusetts erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sebastian Blanck auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Yellow Towel im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.200,00 (€ 2.131,16).
