A top price for Sarah Henrietta Purser - as previously expected
The work Woodland Path by Sarah Henrietta Purser was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2005. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,606.10) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Woodland Path is the most expensive artwork by Sarah Henrietta Purser that we have observed at auctions so far.
