Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Night Time In A Paris Square by Sandor Landeau for USD 875.00 (€ 599.19). This price was achieved in the auction The House Sale at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Sandor Landeau have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Sunset Sail in May 2006 with an auction result of GBP 1,680.00 (€ 2,452.25).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
