Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 6,000.00 (€ 4,942.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Samuel Lancaster Gerry have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mount Chocorua in January 2020 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,790.41).
