A top price for Salar Ahmadian - as previously expected
This work without title by Salar Ahmadian was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in April 2011. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 16,250.00 (€ 10,964.17) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Salar Ahmadian that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Salar Ahmadian kam im April 2011 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 16.250,00 (€ 10.964,17) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Salar Ahmadian, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
