Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2009 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Asian Art, which included the work Wp7004090(R) by Kanno Sakan. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 5,464.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Kanno Sakan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2008 the work Lb5002080 was auctioned for HKD 118,750.00 (€ 9,776.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2009 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Wp7004090(R) von Kanno Sakan zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 5.464,25) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Kanno Sakan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2008 die Arbeit Lb5002080 für HKD 118.750,00 (€ 9.776,27) versteigert.
