Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Sadegh Tabrizi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in March 2021. In the 20th Century Art / Middle East auction, the work without title sold for GBP 17,640.00 (€ 20,722.46) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Sadegh Tabrizi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in December 2010 with the realized price of USD 28,750.00 (€ 21,667.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sadegh Tabrizi erzielte im März 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century Art / Middle East wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 17.640,00 (€ 20.722,46) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Sadegh Tabrizi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Dezember 2010 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 28.750,00 (€ 21.667,04).
