A top price for Sadegh Tabrizi - as previously expected
In December 2010 Sothebys in Doha held the auction Hurouf: The Art of The Word, which included this untitled work by Sadegh Tabrizi. It changed hands for a price of USD 28,750.00 (€ 21,667.04) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Sadegh Tabrizi that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2010 führte Sothebys in Doha die Auktion Hurouf: The Art of The Word durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Sadegh Tabrizi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 28.750,00 (€ 21.667,04) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Sadegh Tabrizi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
