Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Edo period (1615-1868), circa 1829 by Ryûsai Shigeharu was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in March last year. The price achieved of USD 2,295.00 (€ 2,068.87) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ryûsai Shigeharu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Edo Period (1615-1868), 1820S in September 2021 with an auction result of USD 15,300.00 (€ 13,215.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Edo period (1615-1868), circa 1829 von Ryûsai Shigeharu kam im März letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.295,00 (€ 2.068,87) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ryûsai Shigeharu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Edo Period (1615-1868), 1820S im September 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.300,00 (€ 13.215,86).
