Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Rudolf Höckner could be acquired at Ketterer in October 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Alte und Neuere Meister / Maritime Kunst auction, the work Norddeutsche Landschaft changed hands for EUR 1,071.00 - failing to meet the pre-set estimate of EUR 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rudolf Höckner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flusslandschaft bei Wedel in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 12,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Rudolf Höckner konnte im Oktober 2006 bei Ketterer für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Alte und Neuere Meister / Maritime Kunst wechselte die Arbeit Norddeutsche Landschaft für EUR 1.071,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rudolf Höckner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flusslandschaft bei Wedel im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.000,00.
