Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Netherlander Untitled by Roy Villevoye was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Amsterdam in June 2008. The price achieved of EUR 4,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Roy Villevoye have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2010 the work Dutch andreas Saráw, Pirimapún, 2000 (From The Series Red Calico) was auctioned for EUR 9,500.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.750,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden.
