Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work Magic Boot, 1966 by Roy Adzak for EUR 1,233.00. This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art 2 at Artcurial in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Roy Adzak achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans titre (Huit profils) in October 2021 with an auction result of EUR 12,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Magic Boot, 1966 von Roy Adzak für EUR 1.233,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art 2 bei Artcurial in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Roy Adzak erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans titre (Huit profils) im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.750,00.
