This work without title by Rosemary Madigan was auctioned at Christies in Sydney in March 2006. It achieved a price of AUD 7,468.75 (€ 4,408.40), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 24%. Admittedly, works by Rosemary Madigan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Head in March 2006 with an auction result of AUD 43,020.00 (€ 25,392.40).

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rosemary Madigan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Head im März 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von AUD 43.020,00 (€ 25.392,40).
