Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Zeke & The Beatles, 1992 by Ronnie Cutrone was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2011. The price achieved of EUR 1,785.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ronnie Cutrone achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bird's Eye View in July last year with an auction result of USD 25,200.00 (€ 24,701.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Zeke & The Beatles, 1992 von Ronnie Cutrone kam im März 2011 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.785,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ronnie Cutrone erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bird's Eye View im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.200,00 (€ 24.701,04).
