The work Elmo = Mc2 -1992 by Ronnie Cutrone was sold in the Urban & Pop Contemporary auction at Artcurial in Paris in December 2020. It achieved a price of EUR 2,340.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ronnie Cutrone achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bird's Eye View in July last year with an auction result of USD 25,200.00 (€ 24,701.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 56 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Elmo = Mc2 -1992 von Ronnie Cutrone wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.340,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ronnie Cutrone erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bird's Eye View im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.200,00 (€ 24.701,04).
