Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Roberto Miniati achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May this year. In the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale auction, the work The Rain I Want sold for EUR 18,900.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 9,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Roberto Miniati; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Dubbio angolare sold at auction in December last year with the realized price of EUR 30,240.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Roberto Miniati erzielte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale wurde die Arbeit The Rain I Want für EUR 18.900,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 9.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Roberto Miniati; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Dubbio angolare im Dezember letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 30.240,00.
