Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2021 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art Online, which included the work Sirena by Roberto Fabelo. The price achieved of USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,955.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Roberto Fabelo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Perrerío in March last year with an auction result of USD 579,600.00 (€ 522,491.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2021 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sirena von Roberto Fabelo zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 8.955,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Roberto Fabelo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Perrerío im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 579.600,00 (€ 522.491,66).
