In March 2003 Christies in London held the auction British Art on Paper including the Collection and Studio of, which included the work On the river by Robert Little. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 763.75 (€ 1,106.39), 27% above the upper estimate. Other works by Robert Little have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 881.25 (€ 1,424.23) in October 2001 for the work A Continental hillside town.
