A top price for Robert Cleminson - as previously expected
The work Gambols Disturbed by Robert Cleminson was sold in the Sporting Art auction at Christies in New York in December 2005. The price achieved of USD 10,800.00 (€ 9,120.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Gambols Disturbed is the most expensive artwork by Robert Cleminson that we have observed at auctions so far.
