The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,403.42), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Bevan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Hansom Cab in November 2019 with an auction result of GBP 531,000.00 (€ 623,523.82).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.403,42) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Bevan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Hansom Cab im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 531.000,00 (€ 623.523,82).
