Auction result misses estimated price range
In August last year a collector was able to acquire the work Still Life with Fruit on a Blue Gingham Cloth by Rinaldo Cuneo for USD 2,805.00 (€ 2,786.89). This price was achieved in the auction California Art at Bonhams in Los Angeles and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rinaldo Cuneo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Hillside (Houses Along The San Francisco Coast), which sold at auction in August 2019 for USD 10,700.00 (€ 9,737.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im August letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Still Life with Fruit on a Blue Gingham Cloth von Rinaldo Cuneo für USD 2.805,00 (€ 2.786,89) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion California Art bei Bonhams in Los Angeles erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Rinaldo Cuneo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Hillside (Houses Along The San Francisco Coast) beobachtet, die im August 2019 für USD 10.700,00 (€ 9.737,01) versteigert wurde.
