A top price for Richard Haden - as previously expected
In September 2011 Sothebys in New York held the auction The Collection of Allan Stone, Vol. III, which included this untitled work by Richard Haden. The price achieved of USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,182.47) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Richard Haden that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im September 2011 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion The Collection of Allan Stone, Vol. III durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Richard Haden zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.625,00 (€ 4.182,47) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Richard Haden, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
