Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2018 Christies in London held the auction Modern British Art Day Sale, which included the work Solent Fort by Richard Eurich. The price achieved of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 28,199.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Richard Eurich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work York Festival Triptych in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 104,500.00 (€ 130,567.75).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2018 führte Christies in London die Auktion Modern British Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Solent Fort von Richard Eurich zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 28.199,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Richard Eurich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit York Festival Triptych im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 104.500,00 (€ 130.567,75).
