Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Richard Di Rosa achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2010. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work La Contrebasse, 1994 sold for EUR 2,550.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Richard Di Rosa; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Petit Ange, 1996 sold at auction in April 2008 with the realized price of EUR 4,337.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Richard Di Rosa erzielte im März 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit La Contrebasse, 1994 für EUR 2.550,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Richard Di Rosa; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Petit Ange, 1996 im April 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 4.337,00.
