Auction result well in line with expectations
In November this year Bonhams in New York held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Translumina - Light Yellow to Dark Blue by Richard Anuszkiewicz. The price achieved of USD 28,160.00 (€ 25,815.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Richard Anuszkiewicz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Temple Of Emerald Green in June 2015 with an auction result of USD 250,000.00 (€ 224,134.84).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Translumina - Light Yellow to Dark Blue von Richard Anuszkiewicz zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 28.160,00 (€ 25.815,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Richard Anuszkiewicz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Temple Of Emerald Green im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 250.000,00 (€ 224.134,84).
