Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sacra Conversazione by Ricciardo Meacci was auctioned at Christies in London in January 2014. The price achieved of GBP 3,200.00 (€ 3,899.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ricciardo Meacci have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Italian Primavera in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 16,058.58).

Die Arbeit Sacra Conversazione von Ricciardo Meacci kam im Januar 2014 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.200,00 (€ 3.899,26) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ricciardo Meacci auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Italian Primavera im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 16.058,58).
