In November 2021 Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction California Art, which included the work Motor Transit Station by Rex Brandt. The »bidding war« ended at USD 12,750.00 (€ 11,296.18), 28% above the upper estimate. With this result, Motor Transit Station is even the most expensive work of art by Rex Brandt that we have observed at auctions so far.
