The work Cavalli lunari by Renato Guttuso was auctioned at Il Ponte in November this year. It achieved a price of EUR 15,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Renato Guttuso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aranceto Notturno in March last year with an auction result of GBP 170,100.00 (€ 201,672.69).

Die Arbeit Cavalli lunari von Renato Guttuso kam im November diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 15.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Renato Guttuso erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aranceto Notturno im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 170.100,00 (€ 201.672,69).
