A top price for Renato Guttuso
In March last year Phillips in London held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale, which included the work Aranceto Notturno by Renato Guttuso. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 170,100.00 (€ 201,672.69), 70% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Aranceto Notturno the most expensive artwork by Renato Guttuso that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März letzten Jahres führte Phillips in London die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Aranceto Notturno von Renato Guttuso zur Versteigerung kam.
