In December 2019 Christies in London held the auction Old Master Drawings: Online, which included the work A bull and sheep in a landscape, after Paulus Potter by Reinier Vinkeles. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,772.82), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Reinier Vinkeles achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Keizersgracht, Amsterdam, With The Entrance To The Shouwburg in January 2019 with an auction result of USD 35,000.00 (€ 30,557.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion Old Master Drawings: Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit A bull and sheep in a landscape, after Paulus Potter von Reinier Vinkeles zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.772,82) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Reinier Vinkeles erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Keizersgracht, Amsterdam, With The Entrance To The Shouwburg im Januar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 30.557,01).
