Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Reinhoud D'Haese could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in June this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern paintings, sculptures and prints auction, the work “Pinailleur” (Nitpicky), Carteret 1987 changed hands for DKK 35,000.00 (€ 4,698.72) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Reinhoud D'Haese have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bird Snail Man in June 2008 with an auction result of EUR 23,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Reinhoud D'Haese konnte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern paintings, sculptures and prints wechselte die Arbeit “Pinailleur” (Nitpicky), Carteret 1987 für DKK 35.000,00 (€ 4.698,72) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Reinhoud D'Haese auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bird Snail Man im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 23.750,00.
