In November 2017 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo, which included the work Venezia, Canal Grande by Raul Viviani. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 400.00 43% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Raul Viviani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le tre grazie in May 2019 with an auction result of EUR 2,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 43 % übertroffen
Im November 2017 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Venezia, Canal Grande von Raul Viviani zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 400,00 und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raul Viviani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le tre grazie im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.000,00.
