The work Portrait of Francis North, 4th Earl of Guilford (1761-1817), three-quarter-length, in academic robes by Ramsay Richard Reinagle was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2008. The auction ended at the price of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,541.02), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ramsay Richard Reinagle achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Group Portrait of Edward Vernon, 4Th Baron Suffield, His Wife, Charlotte Susannah, Lady Suffield, Seated On A White Pony, And His Sister, Georgiana Mary, With Game Keepers And Dogs, Gunton Park Beyond in May 2005 with an auction result of GBP 288,000.00 (€ 425,178.40).

Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Group Portrait of Edward Vernon, 4Th Baron Suffield, His Wife, Charlotte Susannah, Lady Suffield, Seated On A White Pony, And His Sister, Georgiana Mary, With Game Keepers And Dogs, Gunton Park Beyond im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 288.000,00 (€ 425.178,40).
