The work The Annunciation by Raffaellino del Garbo was sold in the Important Old Master Paintings and Sculpture auction at Sothebys in New York in February 2013. Here, the upper estimate of USD 150,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 158,500.00 (€ 121,186.64). Admittedly, works by Raffaellino del Garbo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Madonna And Child With The Infant Saint John The Baptist, Beyond Them A Landscape With Saints Jerome And Francis in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 662,500.00 (€ 835,620.80).
