Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Qin Feng was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 80,000.00 – 150,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 88,200.00 (€ 10,569.49) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qin Feng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Four Seasons in November 2015 with an auction result of HKD 2,800,000.00 (€ 341,980.69).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Qin Feng kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 80.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 88.200,00 (€ 10.569,49) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qin Feng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Four Seasons im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.800.000,00 (€ 341.980,69).
