The work The Green Cosmos by Fuad Kouichi Honda was sold in the Hurouf: The Art of The Word auction at Sothebys in Doha in December 2010. The »bidding war« ended at USD 50,000.00 (€ 37,681.81), 67% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Fuad Kouichi Honda; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Surah Luqman (31:1-34) sold at auction in October 2012 with the realized price of USD 56,250.00 (€ 43,409.48).

Die Arbeit The Green Cosmos von Fuad Kouichi Honda wurde im Dezember 2010 in der Auktion Hurouf: The Art of The Word bei Sothebys in Doha versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 37.681,81) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Fuad Kouichi Honda; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Surah Luqman (31:1-34) im Oktober 2012 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 56.250,00 (€ 43.409,48).
