Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Prins Eugen achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in December last year. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work Waldemarsudde sold for SEK 105,000.00 (€ 9,412.51) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Prins Eugen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Molnet" (The Cloud) in December 2015 with an auction result of SEK 1,050,000.00 (€ 114,388.99).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Prins Eugen erzielte im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wurde die Arbeit Waldemarsudde für SEK 105.000,00 (€ 9.412,51) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Prins Eugen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Molnet" (The Cloud) im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.050.000,00 (€ 114.388,99).
