Sold at the lower estimate price
The work "Den ljusa natten", sketch by Prins Eugen was sold in the Important Winter Sale auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2020. The result of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,975.47) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Prins Eugen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Molnet" (The Cloud) in December 2015 with an auction result of SEK 1,050,000.00 (€ 114,388.99).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Den ljusa natten", sketch von Prins Eugen wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.975,47) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Prins Eugen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Molnet" (The Cloud) im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.050.000,00 (€ 114.388,99).
