Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Poul S. Nielsen could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in October this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern art and design auction, the work Still life with flowers and fruits changed hands for DKK 2,500.00 (€ 334.97) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. Admittedly, works by Poul S. Nielsen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mother and child in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 1,700.00 (€ 1,485.75).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Poul S. Nielsen konnte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern art and design wechselte die Arbeit Still life with flowers and fruits für DKK 2.500,00 (€ 334,97) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Poul S. Nielsen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mother and child im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 1.700,00 (€ 1.485,75).
