Auction result fails to reach estimate
In January 2024 a collector was able to acquire the work Interior with a young woman at the piano by Poul Friis Nybo for DKK 2,200.00 (€ 1,922.74). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Poul Friis Nybo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Interior with a woman at the mirror in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 21,000.00 (€ 18,353.43).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Januar 2024 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Interior with a young woman at the piano von Poul Friis Nybo für DKK 2.200,00 (€ 1.922,74) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Poul Friis Nybo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Interior with a woman at the mirror im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 21.000,00 (€ 18.353,43).
